These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of motortowncars.com (the "Site"), operated by Motor Town Inc ("Motor Town," "we," "us," or "our"), located at 6880 Telephone Rd #D, Houston, TX 77061. By using the Site or submitting a form on the Site, you agree to these Terms.
Use of the Site
The Site is provided for informational purposes to help you browse inventory, request financing, and contact our dealership. Vehicle availability, pricing, and specifications are subject to change and are not guaranteed to be error-free. Please contact us to confirm current details before visiting.
No Warranty
The Site and its content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Motor Town Inc does not guarantee that the Site will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Motor Town Inc is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site.
SMS / Text Messaging Program Terms
Motor Town Inc offers an SMS text messaging program to customers who opt in through our Contact Us form. These Program Terms apply to that program.
Program Description. By checking the applicable consent box on our Contact Us form, you agree to receive marketing and/or non-marketing (informational) text messages from Motor Town Inc, such as promotions, vehicle offers, appointment reminders, and service or order updates, sent to the mobile number you provide.
Opt-In. You opt in by submitting the Contact Us form with the marketing and/or non-marketing consent checkbox selected. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase.
Message Frequency. Message frequency varies depending on your interactions with us and the type of messages you've opted into.
Message and Data Rates. Message and data rates may apply to any text message we send, depending on your mobile carrier and plan.
Opt-Out. You can cancel text messages at any time by texting STOP. After you send the SMS message STOP to us, we will send you a reply confirming that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive text messages from us. If you would like to resume receiving messages, sign up again through our Contact Us form.

Carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Supported carriers include, but are not limited to, AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon Wireless, and most other major U.S. wireless carriers.

Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
